You went from Epic, now you have your own situation with GS9 Records. I got a weed business jumping off with the EP. Right now, I’m currently trying to build a security company. If I didn’t go to jail, I probably would have killed somebody or did some crazy shit and been locked up for life. How much do you feel your prison stay set you back? So, me now setting that up is a beautiful thing. That was one of my plans I was fighting for. So, this will be the first time I will be receiving a check for my music through my whole years. Today is the first day I receive my independent check. What was the biggest change that occurred in the six years you were locked up? I don’t let them niggas take my happiness. I just don’t let them niggas take my soul. You ain’t gon’ see too many niggas that will shoot you and smile. I’m a nigga that you don’t see every day. It ain’t really hit me ’til like the second, third year.ĭid you make an effort to change your image when you got out?
